There is a 24-72 hour processing time for all orders regardless of their shipping method. However, we strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.
Our processing times are as follows:
Monday 9:00 am - 3:30pm
Tuesday 9:00 am - 3:30pm
Wednesday 9:00 am - 3:30pm
Thursday 9:00 am - 3:30pm
Friday 9:00 am - 3:30pm
We do not process orders on weekends and major holidays.
Our daily shipping cutoff time is 3:30PM ET. If you receive a tracking number after our cutoff time, then your order was prepared but may not have left our facility.
Please note: Orders of $400 or more will be shipped to the cardholder's verified billing address. If we are unable to verify this address, the order will be cancelled without notice. Orders of $200 or more are shipped with signature confirmation (Someone must be available to sign for the package).
State Regulations & Compliance: Due to state and federal regulations there are certain states and cities where we are unable to process and ship orders. Please make sure that your shipping address where you want your order is shipped does not have any imposed restrictions or regulations before placing an order. If you are in one of the affected states and place an order containing a restricted item, the restricted item will be removed from your order and refunded while the rest of the order will be processed and shipped normally or your order also may be cancelled and refunded entirely without notice.

Economy Shipping: 5 - 8 Business days in transit
Standard Shipping: 3 - 6 Business days in transit
Free Shipping: 7 - 10 Business days in transit

All orders worth $49.99 and up to $199.99 before shipping and applicable taxes qualifies for Free Shipping.

Adult Signature:
An Adult Signature fee is added to all orders regardless of shipping method. Adult signature upon delivery is required per regulations and cannot be waived. Adult Signature and shipping costs are non refundable.
Late Shipments
We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are nonrefundable through us.
Shipping transit times are estimates. If your order takes longer than usual, this would usually be due to delays happening within the courier's processes or may be due to unforeseen events such as severe weather.
Feel free to contact us when you're order is being delayed. We will gladly assist you.
Order Tracking:
Tracking Numbers are emailed to you as soon as your order's shipping label is printed by our team. Receiving your tracking number via email does not indicate that the order has been picked up. Tracking Status will update as soon as the courier scans your package.
Note: Tracking Updates may update 24-48 hours after the shipping label has been printed. Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation for your package has not updated in a few days. Delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sorting facility. There are no updates in between.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
